Todd Fox

Todd is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, overall management of the firm, the pursuit of new development opportunities and corporate acquisitions and financing activities.

Charlie O’Connor

Charlie focuses his time on the financing and investor relations for the company. Charlie also plays an integral role in tenant relations and property management. Charlie's mission is to build the company from the inside out and put all of his focus on the people that keep this business running.


Steve Ginzery

Steve is the onsite construction manager. With Over 25 years experience in the construction business, Steve has worked on over 200 projects and has managed a construction team of 30 people at once. Steve's knowledge and ability to plan and multi-task has allowed him to successfully manage 8 different construction projects simultaneously.


Lindsey Hulbert

Lindsey is our Office Administrator here at Modern Living Rentals. She is in charge of our day to day operations, dealing with tenant relations, showings, and maintenance. She is helping make things run effectively and efficiently as our company is growing.


Jen Foote

Jen is our Bookkeeper. She has had years of accounting experience, and handles our accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
